Taking a break from my career as a public relations consultant to do a master’s in History of Art. It led me to move to Australia, undertake a PhD and now my role at Trinity College!

I travelled to Peru and Bolivia when I was 19 and lived in a small village teaching English at the local school. It was a humbling experience to be part of a small community very far from my usual life in London, and I had to learn quickly how to communicate with very limited Spanish.
To listen to my gut and relax – as it will all work out ok!
