A signed and dated Acceptance Page, a Notification of Payment for the deposit amount stated in the Trinity Collge Letter of Offer and a copy of the student’s passport (if not yet submitted).
A Notification of Payment is a document that proves payment of the deposit amount stated in the Trinity College Letter of Offer. This could be a telegraphic transfer issued by your bank, a personal transfer receipt, a third-party remittance statement, a completed Trinity College Credit Card Authorisation Form, or a sponsorship letter.
Your ID number can be found on the top left corner of your Trinity College Letter of Offer.

If a third party is covering your student tuition fees, please indicate ‘$0’ under the ‘Payment Amount’ field on page 2 and attach a letter from your sponsor or third party confirming they will cover your tuition fees as the Notification of Payment.
In many cases, we only require the Acceptance Page and Notification of Payment. Circumstances in which you may need to submit other documents are outlined below.
This document is required if your offer is conditional upon final school results and an Early Acceptance Agreement Form was included with the Letter of Offer.
OSHC is required for your visa lodgement. If you have chosen not to pay this fee to Trinity College and will take out your own health cover, you will need to show evidence of your OSHC as part of your enrolment. A document outlining proof of OSHC payment will be required.
The CoE is issued to you for the purpose of a visa lodgement. This document is required only if you have been issued a CoE by another provider.
Your Visa Grant is issued to you after your student visa application has been approved. This document is required only if you have previously been issued a student visa prior to applying for Trinity College.
The CAAW is issued to under 18 students and is used to lodge a visa when their accommodation is approved. If you have had a CAAW previously approved by another provider, please include this documentation.
Only include a copy of your passport if this was not submitted in your initial Trinity College application, or if your passport details have changed since your initial Trinity College application.
This form is required if you are under 18 years of age and you do not wish to be issued with Trinity’s CAAW, and will instead apply directly to the Department of Home Affairs for welfare approval. Please email registrations@trinity.unimelb.
