Who will pick the student up from the airport?
Our mentors meet students at the arrival gate. We will send an email prior to their flight with a picture of the mentor/s who will be at the airport and clear instructions. Parents/Guardians are then emailed when the student is on the way to Trinity.

What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track flight arrivals and departures so will know if there is a delay and adjust the pick-up time accordingly.

Do students need spending money?
All activities, transport, excursions meals etc are covered in your tuition fees. You may want some spending money for extra snacks or souvenirs.

What visa is required?
Tourist/travel visa. NOT a student visa.

What about travel and medical insurance?
Compulsory for all international students.

I am flying in, when should I arrive and depart?
Students on flights should arrive at Tullamarine airport by 12pm (noon) on the day their program commences and organise departure flights between 8.00am and 3.00pm on the day their program concludes.

I am being dropped off at Trinity, when should I arrive?
Students being dropped off should arrive between 2.00 and 3.00pm on the day their program commences and be picked up between 9.00 and 11.00am on the day their program concludes.

What if I want to stay an extra day?
There is no accommodation available at Trinity College the day before or day after the program dates specified for the week/s you are attending.

Do you cater for dietary requirements?
Yes. Trinity College caters for all dietary requirements. All you need to do is clearly outline any allergies and dietary needs in your applications. Be specific. All meats are prepared Halal.

What is the accommodation like?
All students will stay in a Trinity College dorm room, sharing with one other student of the same gender from the program, but from another country (where possible).
